We had a great stay at a very practical location! The room was a normal size and the air conditioning worked perfectly. As someone with allergies, I was relieved to find the hotel was extremely clean and mold-free. The location near Shin-Yokohama station was perfect for catching the Shinkansen, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was surprised by the extra fee charged for early check-in, as other hotels I have stayed at did not charge for this service.
