The value we got for our money at this resort was exceptional. the room with a private onsen was spacious and relaxing, and the staff were very nice and dedicated to providing a wonderful experience. the location was beautiful and serene.

This serene resort is nestled in a beautiful setting close to a tranquil lake, offering a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. The traditional restaurant serves exceptional meals, with a wide range of delicious dishes to choose from. The rooms are cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature and the lake. Additionally, the resort is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers.

The hotel shuttle service could be improved, as it runs on a limited schedule, causing inconvenience for guests.

The food was quite good, with plenty of different options to choose from. the room was nice and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. the location was also great, very close to the mountains and hot springs.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed to be in a rush all the time. They didn't take the time to explain things to us or to make us feel welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the exclusive amenities provided in the Spa & wellness centre were exceptional. the Sauna, Steam room, Full body massage, and the Hot spring bath were amazing. the garden area was so peaceful and beautiful. the location of this hotel was perfect, situated near the calm and serene lake. the private facilities in the hotel room were so exclusive, which made our stay even more special. the Restaurant, Bar/ Lounge area, and the Snack bar were perfect for relaxing evenings.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the limited public bath. this minor issue was overshadowed by the exquisite facilities available inside the hotel room.
