Spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities. Delicious food, especially the steak. Perfect location near train station, lake, and old town. Amazing staff who were helpful and accommodating.

The hotel did offer some decent amenities like a good buffet breakfast and clean, well-equipped rooms. Location was easily accessible to restaurants and shops. the hotel had a cozy lobby with a lovely fireplace where you could relax.

The experience wasn't great. the rooms were quite cold, and the heating system was inefficient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and took care of everything. They even helped us with train schedules and restaurant recommendations. The room was huge and had a luxury bathtub and a great shower. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the main street. We enjoyed the breakfast with a wide selection of Asian and European dishes.

We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The room was spacious and modern with a luxurious bathtub and shower area. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and spoke English fluently. The hotel's spa was clean and modern, with both indoor and outdoor hot springs. The buffet breakfast and Christmas dinner were delicious. The location was great, just a short walk to Old Karuizawa Ginza Street. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
