We were pleasantly surprised by the magical Lego Friends theme room. Solving the puzzle of the treasure chest to find a free gift added to the excitement. The hotel and park were clean, and the staff were kind and attentive, even rushing to help a child who had tripped. The separate kids and adults area in the room allowed for relaxation, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of options, including some American choices. Legoland Japan Hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it for families with children. we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to go back.

We loved the kid-friendly environment here! There was so much to do for the little ones, from playing with LEGOs to swimming in the water area. The themed rooms were awesome, and the treasure hunt game was a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the location was easy to get to.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families, as it is adjacent to Legoland Japan and the Sealife aquarium. This makes it very convenient to access these fun attractions without having to travel far. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms are well-maintained and the themed rooms added an extra element of excitement for our children.

The hotel lacks nearby dining options, requiring guests to travel by train in search of restaurants or even a convenient store.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular attraction in the city and offers two complimentary services that we enjoyed.

The soundproofing in the rooms is inadequate, leading to a lot of noise disturbance. the breakfast provided was below average, with very few western options and low-quality food.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to children. The hotel and park were clean with plenty of activities for kids. The themed rooms had separate sections for children and adults, with complimentary Lego sets and English/Japanese TV. It was a fun experience for my son, and the location was convenient for accessing the park.
