I had a truly memorable stay at Mars Garden Wood. The breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji from my spacious room left me in awe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the onsen was modern and stylish. The highlight of my stay was the teppanyaki restaurant which served the most incredible Wagyu teppanyaki set I've ever tasted. The koi fish feeding at dawn and the evening's water fountain light show added a touch of magic to my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, amazing dining options, and excellent amenities.

The resort exceeded our expectations with its beautiful layout surrounding a koi pond, elegant architecture, and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet offered delicious Western and traditional Japanese selections, and the onsen was relaxing and luxurious. The staff spoke fluent English and were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, as it was near the bus terminal and Gotemba station, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants nearby. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They spoke good English and were always ready to assist us. The housekeeping was top-notch, making sure our room was clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were also impressive, including the heating, air conditioning, and in-room safe. We found the room to be very comfortable, with a spacious sitting area and soundproofed walls. The hotel provided towels and free toiletries, and there was even an electric kettle in the room. The television and am/fm alarm clock were great additions, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The spa with hot spring water added to the relaxation and comfort. Luxurious, spacious clean rooms. Impressive Japanese-style garden. Japanese restaurant with top-notch food. Free carpark, polite staff, grand common facilities, mini park. Good location with great views of Mt Fuji. Bus stop nearby. Japanese style breakfast was unforgettable.

The luxury experience was absolutely worth it. the spacious rooms and stunning views were some of the best aspects. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious. I really appreciated the location of the hotel, which was conveniently close to local attractions and major highways.

The massage service could have been better. I also found it difficult to locate the car park with GPS.
