We had an incredible time at Maruei! The private bath was a luxurious treat, and the views were absolutely stunning. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooftop viewpoint offers a fantastic view of Mount Fuji, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious traditional Japanese meals provided, and the hotel's shuttle service made getting around easy. a wonderful experience!

We got great value for our money at this traditional Japanese ryokan. The room was comfortable and the location, although isolated, offered peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. The staff treated us with kindness and the onsen experience was truly memorable.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at a secluded hotel with beautiful onsens. The hot springs on the fifth floor had a spectacular view of Mount Fuji. The staff, especially the lady who served our dinner, were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the food was fantastic. The shuttle service provided was also very good. we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had a really tasty dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was delicious and we had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was also very friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided excellent service and made sure we were well taken care of. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities, including a fantastic bath area and comfortable rooms.

One negative aspect was the noise from the outside machines. It was quite annoying and disrupted our sleep.
