This hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, even helping with parking and giving directions. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby castle and enjoying a beautiful view. The breakfast offers a delicious mix of Western and Japanese cuisine, perfect for starting the day.

No downsides, everything was top-notch.

The friendly staff were knowledgeable about the best tourist sites and willing to provide recommendations. The room had a comfortable bed and a well-functioning bathroom with good water pressure. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and had a spacious lobby area.

The hotel staff gave us incorrect directions, which resulted in a long walk.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Matsuyama's attractions, with the castle and cable car system just a short walk away. The streetcar station is conveniently located at the doorstep of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers free amenities, although the quantity was limited. The staff tried their best to accommodate our needs, despite limited English proficiency. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping street and a tram station, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a voucher for the nearby commercial parking lot. the breakfast was great, with traditional dishes served during the holiday season.

There seemed to be some confusion in finding the hotel, as there were trams running down the middle of the road and the hotel's car park was full. As a result, we had to park in a nearby commercial lot and drag our luggage back to the hotel.
