Close to Shin-Osaka station with a Lawson on the ground floor. The hotel feels new and well-maintained. Despite the small room size, it has everything a cost-conscious traveler needs and everything works. I would recommend this hotel.

We were impressed by the convenient location of this hotel, being just a stone's throw away from Shin-Osaka station. Having a Lawson on the ground floor was a great plus, making it easy to grab any essentials we needed. The building itself felt new and well-maintained, with everything in working order. Despite the smaller room size, we found it to be expected for a station-adjacent business hotel in Japan. We appreciated the clean and functional bathroom, which had all the necessary amenities.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the air conditioning unit, which was full of dust.

The location of the hotel is great! It’s very close to the train station and there’s a convenience store on the ground floor which was handy. the building is also quite new and well-maintained which was nice.

The room we stayed in was extremely small for two people. It was difficult for us to move around in the room and one of us had to put our suitcase on the table.
