I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel in Okinawa for a few days during my business trip. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the monorail stop right by the entrance. It was so convenient to travel to the airport in just 12 minutes and to explore the central area of Okinawa in just 8 minutes. My room on the 13th floor had a lovely river view, and the clever design allowed the sun to shine in during dawn and evening, which was perfect as I had to work at the desk. Despite it being slightly small, the cleanliness and comfort of the room were impeccable. The surrounding area was peaceful, and my husband and I enjoyed taking morning walks along the river. The proximity to supermarkets like A Price and Aeon made shopping a breeze. The friendly staff provided great sightseeing information and even helped us book tours. we had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Okinawa.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the monorail station. It's incredibly convenient and makes getting around a breeze. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's elegant lobby and room design, blending Okinawa and French influences, created a warm and inviting atmosphere for senior guests like me. The beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding. The staff were considerate and always ready to assist, providing support whenever I needed it. Their genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. the atmosphere and accessibility of the hotel made it an excellent choice for senior travelers.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more seating areas in the general areas of the hotel. Sometimes, after a day of exploring, older guests like myself appreciate having a comfortable place to rest and relax.

The service at this hotel is excellent, with friendly staff who are proficient in English. The cleanliness is top-notch, despite the hotel appearing a bit worn out. The location is great, with easy access to the airport and nearby rail station. Plus, the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of food to start the day.

The rooms are on the smaller side, which is typical for Japanese hotels. it would have been nice if the hotel provided a microwave oven for guests who needed to prepare food for their toddlers.

Had an amazing time during Easter. the staff was polite, attentive, and helpful. the location was really convenient as the hotel was right next to the local monorail station and it was really cheap to get around. the room may have been small but it had everything I needed and I was able to see a really nice view from the top floor. There was also a convenience store next to the hotel making it easy to grab last-minute items.

There really wasn't anything that I disliked about the hotel. the only suggestion I would have is that it would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but with a store so close by it wasn't a huge issue.

The hotel's proximity to the monorail station made transportation incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and travel to various destinations, including the central post office and a nearby Family Mart.

We were impressed with the laundry service and the availability of an ATM for currency exchange. the hotel also provided an iron, which was convenient. the restaurant on site was fantastic, serving delicious food. We particularly loved the device provided in the rooms, which allowed us to access free internet and plan our trips. It also acted as a helpful guide for exploring Naha. a great experience.
