Very good location

My stay at Mercure was fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby amenities like convenience stores and bars. The hotel even provided a handy phone to help navigate the city. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay here, I found this place to be perfect, as it is located in the town centre, just two stations away from the downtown area. The location is ideal, especially because it's near the Susukino station, which is a great starting point for getting around the city. The hotel offers free wifi in rooms, soundproofed rooms, a sauna, and a fitness centre. I was impressed by the staff's hospitality and enjoyed using services like room service and bicycle hire. The restaurant and bar/lounge area are great for relaxing in the evening while sipping on a welcome drink. The amenities in the room such as an ironing board, electric kettle, and cable/satellite television were much appreciated.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The Mercure in Sapporo offers comfortable beds and blankets, with a great unagi restaurant downstairs. The location is central, with easy access to the metro station and a variety of restaurants and izakayas nearby. The rooms are spacious, with a nice view of the city covered in snow. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they even provide adapters for European plugs.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The complimentary drinks and coffee machine were really nice. the location was super convenient as there were a lot of food options nearby and it was very easy to access public transportation. Plus, I loved the gym! It was really well equipped and had great machines.

I didn't have such a great experience during my Christmas stay. the room was cramped and there wasn't enough space for my family and our luggage.
