Convenient location and easy to find. Clean rooms and polite staff. There was a slight issue with room placement, but it was quickly resolved. Beautiful and artsy aesthetic in the lobby. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom layout.

The hotel was beautifully designed with a contemporary and stylish decor. The color palette used throughout the hotel was pleasing to the eye, creating a modern atmosphere. Although the lighting in the room was on the dim side, it added a romantic vibe to the space. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Phillip who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to Dotonbori and with easy access to the nearest subway station. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The breakfast served was also delicious. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

While the hotel provided one free bottle of water on the check-in day, it would have been more fair to offer additional bottles for guests staying multiple nights. The laundry room had poor arrangement and lacked clear instructions.

This hotel is perfectly located, right next to a major shopping mall and within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and shower. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The lobby has a unique and artsy aesthetic that adds to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The lighting in the hallways leading to the rooms could be improved.

The Easter holiday was fun, but the hotel experience was less than satisfactory. On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient as it was close to shopping centers and transportation. the spacious bed made our stay comfortable.

The dim lighting throughout the hotel and in the room made it difficult to find things and pack our luggage. The cleanliness of the bar table was also negative with dried beverage marks and dusty cups.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right next to a major shopping mall and just a short 5-7 minute walk to the metro. The room itself is quite spacious, with a large shower and bathing area. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the view from the room is stunning. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great service make it the perfect place to stay.
