As bike riders, we loved the easy access to the property from the nearby JR station. The option to request a car and the special welcome with our names on a board made us feel like VIPs. We also enjoyed choosing our own yukatas, with the ladies having the opportunity to wear them throughout our stay. The baths, especially the outdoor one, were incredibly relaxing and not overcrowded. The small size of the property ensured a tranquil onsen experience. The kaiseki dinner was wonderful and they were accommodating of allergies. The staff was friendly and even changed our table upon request.
