I had a wonderful stay at Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi West. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and a nearby convenience store. The room size was generous and the design was charming. Despite being in a quieter area, there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a 24-hour supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is conveniently located near non-touristy restaurants in a quiet local neighborhood. It is also close to 3 metro lines that will easily take you to most places in the area. The service here is top-notch, with friendly staff who genuinely care about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping is excellent, and the room amenities, including heating and air conditioning, are great. The dining table and well-equipped kitchenette make it easy to prepare meals if you prefer to eat in.

The staff was friendly and kind, and gave us a warm welcome. They speak English and were helpful with directions. the room was comfortable, cozy and well-equipped. There was a great grocery store nearby that offered ready-to-eat meals, which was very convenient. the location was perfect, close to the subway station and lots of restaurants nearby. Best of all was the surprise my son received for his birthday - a banner and card! the cookies were a nice touch too.

The carpet in the dining room wasn't very nice. It made it difficult to clean up crumbs after meals.
