The location was spot, on, just a stroll away from the subway and cozy eateries. Our spacious suite easily fit our family of four, blending modern comforts with a touch of tradition. Free sake and coffee, yep, but don't set your hopes too high on quality. the friendly staff was the real gem, always ready with a smile and heaps of help. And hey, having a water filter down the lobby was a nifty eco, friendly touch!

Well, truth be told, there wasn't much to gripe about. the only tiny thing would be wishing for bedside tables and maybe some body lotion in the bathrooms.

Stayed near the charming Pontocho alley in Kyoto - LOVED the tatami rooms with all facilities needed. Staff was super helpful. Would definitely stay again! the rooms are even better than in photos.
