the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, sharing their own experiences and providing useful information about Japan. the room size was perfect for our family of five, and the basic kitchenette with utensils was a great addition. the free laundry facilities were convenient, although the laundry room could use more frequent cleaning. the separate kitchen and bathroom area worked well for us, especially with a young child. the hotel's location near transportation and attractions made it an ideal choice. We highly recommend Mimaru Hatchobori for families, and we would definitely stay there again.

The Deluxe Apartment with loft beds is spacious, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. The room also has plenty of power outlets and the washing machines and dryers are free to use.
