Had an awesome weekend stay! Loved the spacious rooms with comfy beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the hotel's location near multiple train lines and convenient stores made exploring the city a breeze. the laundry facilities and luggage lockers were a great help, and the staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay.

Some minor issues like small single beds and missing hand washing cleanser in the toilet room, could be improved. the thin walls could make for some noisy neighbors, and the lack of TV channels might not be ideal for entertainment.

Traveling with our family for a week, we stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite with well-equipped amenities including a washer/dryer, kitchen, and comfy beds. the location was excellent, just a short walk from two metro stations and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. the staff was helpful and the eco-cleaning option was practical for shorter stays.

I loved how convenient the location was for exploring the city. the view of the SkyTower from my room was absolutely amazing. the Japanese-inspired room setup fit my family's needs perfectly. the onsite services were impeccable, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable. Mimaru Tokyo Station East was conveniently located near Hatchobori station and surrounded by food options, including a 7, 11 below the hotel. the modern rooms were well, equipped, with easy, to, use washer and dryer. the staff was friendly, and there was no language barrier.

I keep returning for the cozy rooms and friendly staff. First night, they kindly gave me water. Amenities are perfect with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and wheelchair access. Coming back for New Year.

Not obvious to find.

During xmas, I stayed at a modern serviced apartment in Japan. The staff were accommodating and all spoke fluent English. I was pleased to find that the apartment was located near various amenities including restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. Moreover, the hotel premises were peaceful, adding to a relaxing stay.

The hotel lacked a drop-off point, which made loading luggage into the car difficult, especially on a rainy day. Another negative was the unhelpful male front desk staff who refused to lend an umbrella during my stay. Lastly, the hotel only had uncovered trolleys available, which was inconvenient for larger groups with several luggages.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was great, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a sitting area, dining table, sink, and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to our stay.
