This hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket and convenience store nearby. It was very convenient to have a 24-hour supermarket close by for any necessities. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. They provided great service and the housekeeping was excellent. The room amenities were impressive, with heating, air conditioning, an in-room safe, and a dining table. The kitchen had all the cookware and kitchen utensils needed, and there was an electric kettle for convenience. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of the room. The staff here were attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. The facilities were also top-notch, including Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour security, laundry, and a lift.

This hotel is not pet-friendly.

The room size was impressive and very comfortable for four adults. The futon beds were also very comfortable. The separate toilet, shower room, and sink with doors allowed for multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time, which was very convenient.- The hotel was located close to a 24-hour supermarket, as well as the Inaricho and Ueno subway stations.

The room cleaning was only done every three days, which might not be ideal for longer stays. However, the trash was cleaned every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Mimaru in a spacious and comfortable room perfect for our family. the location was ideal, with easy access to train stations, eateries, and convenience stores. the coin laundry in the hotel was a convenient bonus for travelers with young kids like us. the staff was friendly and even personalized a card with my name. I also received a coupon for my next visit after filling out a survey. We will definitely be back!

Mimaru Ueno Inaricho was the perfect choice for our family of four. the room was spacious, clean, modern, and had a great layout. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after long days exploring the city. the beds were comfortable, and the pillows provided a restful sleep. the bathroom and kitchen were both well-equipped, and it was a relief to have these amenities available. the staff at Mimaru Ueno Inaricho were incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Ciel, one of the receptionists, went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my backpack at the station. She accompanied me to the JR lost and found, spending her own time to help me retrieve it. Her kindness and dedication were truly appreciated. I wish we had more time to spend at this fantastic hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
