Wow! Can't believe how big the rooms were. The breakfast and dinner were yummy and both have a lot of choices. The pick-up from the train station was an added bonus and the location is just perfect!

Dragged our bags to get to the hotel because of the absence of a footpath. The hotel lobby looked old and outdated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding variety and quality of the food at Hotel Juraku. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of tasty choices. From traditional Japanese dishes to international cuisine, we were never disappointed. The flavors were remarkable, and we couldn't resist going back for seconds. Spacious rooms, great service. Good breakfast and dinner options. Busy on weekends but enjoyable. Nice onsen and convenient pick-up service from the train station. Wood fire in the lounge adds to the cozy atmosphere.
