Wow! Can't believe how big the rooms were. The breakfast and dinner were yummy and both have a lot of choices. The pick-up from the train station was an added bonus and the location is just perfect!

Dragged our bags to get to the hotel because of the absence of a footpath. The hotel lobby looked old and outdated.

We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding variety and quality of the food at Hotel Juraku. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide selection of tasty choices. From traditional Japanese dishes to international cuisine, we were never disappointed. The flavors were remarkable, and we couldn't resist going back for seconds. It was a culinary delight that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic dining options.

Spacious rooms, great service. Good breakfast and dinner options. Busy on weekends but enjoyable. Nice onsen and convenient pick-up service from the train station. Wood fire in the lounge adds to the cozy atmosphere.
