I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street in the city center. Transportation was a breeze, with the Gijo subway just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

More amenities like a cafeteria, bar, and laundry would have been preferred.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices in this area. Secondly, the attention to detail was spot on, from the well-equipped rooms with all amenities needed, to the complementary delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Lastly, the location in a good area was perfect, with a single glaze big window allowing for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Friendly and helpful owner/staff. They assisted us with tour pick-up and provided a map and directions to a great dinner spot. Breakfast had a variety of choices and the room had small amenities in case you forgot anything. The property was clean and well-maintained.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a lovely romantic getaway, with lots of memorable moments. the room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to public transportation, and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to explore.

The air conditioning system was a bit tricky to manage, and made the air in the room very dry which was uncomfortable. Although the location was great, it was a bit noisy at times, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy our time together.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was close to major areas and attractions in Kyoto. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day.

One downside was that the hotel seemed to be understaffed during busy periods. This meant that the front desk manager was often handling multiple tasks on their own, which sometimes resulted in delays or longer wait times.
