Despite minor inconveniences like cold tatami floors and limited towels, the spacious layout, convenient location, and modern amenities, like the kitchenette, made it a comfortable and good value stay. the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds were much appreciated.

Lack of timely cleaning service led to trash pile-up in the hallway.

Traveling with two friends, we stayed at Minn Umeda-East for 5 nights. the location was ideal, close to Umeda station for exploring Kyoto and Kobe. the room comfortably fit us all, with separate bathroom and toilet. the inclusion of a washing machine and Thermo Ventilator was a game-changer. Ample charging plugs, a bathtub, and a microwave made our stay so convenient. Surrounding shops and nearby market completed the experience.

stayed at minn umeda-east in a very clean new apartment hotel. perfect for long stays with a fully equipped kitchen and a supermarket nearby. the property is spacious, sparkling clean, and offers great amenities. convenient location with a short walk to the station and bus stop. overall, a comfortable and quiet stay with excellent value for money.

Staying here was mind-blowing! So close to shopping areas, convenient stores, and restaurants. Spacious rooms, clean, and modern with kitchenette, washing machine, and a nice little balcony with great views. the staff was super helpful via video call for check-in. EXCELLENT value for money!
