The lobby with its beautiful garden was a lovely spot to relax. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a local feel to it. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The public baths were a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with beautiful baths that overlooked a stunning garden. The location was perfect as well, with easy access to two subway lines and the entire Kyoto rail network. Not to mention, it was just a short walk to the Karasumaoike subway station and the famous Kabuki theater in the Geisha area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help me, even assisting with locating lost luggage.

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a very convenient area, with a subway station only a 5-minute walk away. This made it easy to explore the city and see many attractions within a reasonable walking distance. Although there aren't many restaurants nearby, we found that the restaurant in the hotel was sufficient. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful with arrangements like getting taxis, but they did not explain the facilities or services available with enough detail. we were impressed with their great hospitality.

They gave me great restaurant recommendations, even offering a selection with different price ranges. They also provided me with detailed directions and maps to nearby attractions. The hotel and my room were immaculately clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and in a quiet area, yet still conveniently close to the city center. the hotel had fantastic cleanliness, excellent facilities, convenient transportation, and a great location.
