We had a great stay at a hotel in Tokyo. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we needed. The hotel also had a public bath, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to major stations and the airport. The reception staff were very responsive and helpful, even arranging a local delivery for us. Another bonus was the hotel's own restaurant, which was useful as other hotels in the area didn't have one. we were very satisfied with our stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel.

This hotel is situated in a peaceful area, away from the city hustle but close to the nearest train station. The staff here is very courteous and efficient, providing excellent service for everything, from laundry to room amenities. The room was equipped with all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, heating and electric kettle etc. Moreover, the bar and lounge area was well equipped and had a great staff to cater to all my needs.

The staff here dealt with my online purchasing with great efforts and made my stay here seamless and enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with excellent service, great amenities, and facilities.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was really central and within walking distance of multiple transport options. We were able to easily access Shiodome and Hamamatsucho stations, which made getting around the city a breeze. Plus, being just a short walk away from Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens was a bonus. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. They spoke English well and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

The only downside we experienced was the wifi, which was a bit unreliable at times. It worked well for the most part, but occasionally it would be a bit sketchy.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the convenient location near public transportation, fish markets, Tokyo Tower, and Zojoji Park. The hotel had excellent facilities including a public bath, free internet with English movies/TV channels, and a nice restaurant. The staff was efficient and the room had plenty of amenities. The neighborhood had a variety of restaurants, including good Italian and Japanese options, and the hotel was near Ginza for shopping. we rate it 4 out of 5.

The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the central air conditioning not being turned on, the staff provided a fan which helped to cool down the room. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I would recommend this hotel.

Well-situated hotel near subway stations and Haneda airport; supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Spacious twin room with plenty of space for luggage; comfortable beds and good WiFi. Restaurants and takeouts abound within walking distance. 13th-floor onsen, vending machines and smoking room offer additional amenities.

The location is excellent for business trips with easy access to transportation, surrounded by supermarkets and nice food shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities like Nespresso machines. The breakfast and lunch buffet offers many options, and the public bath is a nice treat at the end of the day.

Some of the cleaning staff were loud in the morning, but the reception staff were polite and helpful.

We particularly enjoyed the complementary public bath and the convenience of having a small convenience store nearby. the key location made exploring the area and going out for romantic dinners a breeze.

While we had a lovely stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. We would have preferred a curtain over the blinds as the early morning sun can be quite bright.
