The hotel was extremely clean and all the facilities were new and functioning well. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great during my stay in warm weather. I also appreciated the sustainability focus, with no plastic policy and easy access to drinking water on every floor. the location was good, within a reasonable walking distance to central areas and attractions.

the room was smaller than I expected, even though I booked a premium room. Finally, the staff could have been more accommodating when it came to my check-in time.

Laundry services were available, and we appreciated the option to use them.

The location is fantastic, with the subway station just a short walk away. You can easily reach any destination in the city using the metro system. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The service is friendly and accommodating, with the staff providing useful information. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic luggage storage option for early arrivals or later departures.

The check-in procedure could be more flexible, as guests are not allowed to check in before 3pm. This can result in a long line at the lobby, especially during peak hours.

They offered complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks throughout the day, which was a nice touch. the room layout made good use of space, with a small wardrobe and a surprisingly large bathroom. the modern design and amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed having a room with a coffee machine and terrace. the hotel also went above and beyond by tidying up the room every day, which is not common in many hotels. it was the best stay of my trip so far.

The location of Miyako City Osaka Hommachi is fantastic. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently close to popular attractions. It was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk to Dotonbori, or just a quick 10-minute ride on the underground. The water machines on each floor were a great convenience, allowing us to easily refill our water bottles without having to buy multiple disposable ones.

Although the room could have been slightly bigger, we managed just fine with two big suitcases open and still had space to walk around. The only other minor drawback was that the toiletries provided contained royal jelly, which we personally don't use.
