Amazing spa and outdoor courtyard rock onsen for guests. We loved the relaxing hot stone spa and the beautiful outdoor courtyard. The range of choices for the Japanese breakfast was impressive and delicious. The bed in the corner room was very comfortable. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The location of the hotel is great as it is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions such as the big Aeon mall and a shopping center in a reasonable amount of time. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, although communication can be a bit challenging for those who don't speak Japanese. The Japanese breakfast is delicious with a wide range of choices. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary access to the relaxing Ganban'yoku hot stone spa.

The hotel is located quite far away from the main station, making it inconvenient for those without a car or who prefer not to walk for about 15 minutes.

Good onsen with 3 indoor and 1 outdoor pools. Many facilities, ample parking. Modern room, a bit small. Quiet at night. 10 min walk to shops/restaurants. Nice staff, free lobby drinks. Japanese and western breakfast options. recommend for anyone in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had two big windows that let in plenty of natural light. The separate toilet and bathroom were a great convenience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with coin laundry, a microwave oven, and a small oven on the same floor. I also loved the complimentary drinks and snacks. The location was perfect, with restaurants, a duty-free drug store, and a 24-hour Aeon supermarket within walking distance. Plus, the hotel was close to the town center, making it easy to explore the city.

Recently stayed at Daiichi Hotel for two nights on a leisure trip. The room was spacious, clean, and had great sound insulation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location near Miyazaki Station was convenient for exploring. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a piano, adding to the overall ambiance. The checkout process was simple and multilingual. The hotel also had washing and drying machines for guests' convenience.

I felt that the staff could have been a bit more flexible with early check-in, but I understand that rules are rules. these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel.
