During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities and the traditional Japanese meals. the onsen experience was amazing, with a variety of baths to choose from. the hotel is conveniently located amidst pleasant woodlands, offering a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. We also appreciated the fact that there were enough English-speaking staff members to assist us during our stay.

One downside was the weak wifi connection, which could have been better. Additionally, we found it difficult to communicate with some of the staff members who did not speak English.
