We were impressed with the variety and quality of the meals. The staff was also very attentive and friendly, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location offered breathtaking views, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

One downside was the condition of the rooms and the fittings. They appeared quite old and could use some updating.

The private onsen experience at Momiji-Ya Honkan Takaosansou was absolutely incredible. I was able to book a time slot and enjoy a relaxing soak all to myself. The views from the onsen were breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The ryokan-style room was beautifully decorated, and the yukata provided added to the authentic Japanese atmosphere. The food served was of exceptional quality and presentation, truly a delight for the senses. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a traditional ryokan experience.
