I always choose this spot for my trips. Staff kindly helped with a taxi tip on my first visit. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, TV, Lift, Dryer. Perfect for holiday with AC, no pets, and no smoking area.

Had a great stay with my family! the apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for us. Loved having a washing machine in the room for convenience. the location near the train stations made exploring the city super easy, and being close to a luggage forwarding office was a big plus!

The check-in time at 3 pm was a bit late, would've been nice to have an earlier option. Also, the bunk bed cushion was a bit hard, but not a major issue.

For a short family getaway, we stayed at Database pros. the location was fantastic, close to two subway stations. the staff was incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the convenience of storing our luggage with them. the apartment was spacious, fitting 4 comfortably, and had all the necessary amenities, including a washer/dryer. A fun surprise was borrowing a Nintendo Switch for our stay, which the kids loved.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from Okachimachi station and close to shopping and food districts. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities. The hotel also had great insulation, as I could hardly hear any noise from the nearby train tracks. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.

The location is outstanding, being literally next to Okachimachi station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and access other train lines. The spacious bathtub in our room allowed us to enjoy a proper bath, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good, as the train noise didn't affect our sleep. The staff were helpful and communicated clearly in both Japanese and English.

That there was no daily room cleaning, but they did provide a vacuum cleaner for us to use. It would have been more convenient if the cleaning was a bit more regular, especially with younger kids.

Spent Christmas at this hotel with my family and it was a great experience! the location was unbeatable - within walking distance to the train station and shopping areas. the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. I loved the fact that we had a comfy bed and also the option of using a pull-down bed. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with our queries.
