We absolutely loved our stay at this ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to visit all the nearby onsens. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the older lady who served dinner and prepared the futon at night. The dinner and breakfast options were highly recommended and we were grateful for them since it can be difficult to find restaurants during off-season. The rooms were clean and traditional in style, and we enjoyed running around town in the kimonos provided by the hotel.

We felt extremely welcome throughout our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

I had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and made me feel special throughout my stay. I loved getting to choose a traditional outfit and attend a tea ceremony with the host's mother. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy for me to relax after a long day. The hotel also had great on-site amenities, including hot springs that I could use privately. The breakfast was unique, and I was glad that I tried it.

The manager and staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The traditional onsen facilities were clean and relaxing, and we loved the option of private baths. The food served at the ryokan was abundant and delicious, with a focus on local cuisine. Additionally, the owner's offer to help me choose and wear a kimono added a special touch to our stay.

The futons provided were quite thin, which made it difficult for my husband to get a good night's sleep. We also felt that the portion sizes at meals were excessive, leading to a lot of food wastage.

We had an amazing time at this traditional bathhouse ryokan. The owners and staff were friendly and welcoming. The kids room was a hit with my daughter. The provided beautiful kimono added to the authentic experience. The dinner and breakfast were perfect, with a wide selection of delicious food. The public hot spring was great, and we even had the chance to privatize it for 30 minutes in the afternoon. The spacious room had all the amenities we needed.

The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. this hotel offers a great stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
