Explored Fushimi Inari-taisha during my train rides, watched epic sword performances at Samurai Kembu, and had a short walk to the hostel from Toji station.

Loved the lively atmosphere, but some guests had trouble understanding the concept of "quiet hours".

We were enthralled by the incredible sword performances and the skillful displays of martial arts. The atmosphere was electric, and we felt transported to ancient Japan. It was a thrilling and unique opportunity to witness this art form up close. We highly recommend it!

My kids wished there were more interactive activities for them to participate in during the show.

The locker room had a strong odor due to ventilation issues, possibly caused by guests leaving their smelly shoes and belongings inside.

the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I really liked the stylish decor. But what made my stay even more memorable was the staff's efficiency and hospitality. They helped me plan my entire itinerary and we even went out together. I never felt like a solo traveler. This hostel is not just a place to sleep, but a place to have an unforgettable experience and make friends for life.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Kyoto. the Mosaic Hostel exceeded our expectations in every way. the facilities were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. the common area was cozy and had a great atmosphere, with a TV, games, and lots of seating. We loved the bar, which served cheap drinks and snacks during happy hour. the hostel also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, and the staff's suggestions and infographics of tourist destinations were really helpful.

I recently stayed at Mosaic Hostel in Kyoto for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hostel had huge, comfy top bunks and was very clean. The staff spoke English really well and were super helpful. The location was great, with a quiet neighborhood near beautiful temples, a big mall, and the train station. The hostel had a big kitchen and a nice rooftop terrace. The breakfast provided was a nice energy boost every morning. a great experience and I will definitely come back.
