The traditional Japanese design of the hotel was breathtaking, especially the beautiful decorations in the dining area. the river view from my room was stunning. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist me.

The onsen experience was not the best, as the water was not hot enough and the change area was crowded. my tatami mat room had a bug or two, but this is to be expected with traditional Japanese architecture.

The men's onsen could use some improvements in terms of maintenance.

Entrance is small, but the interior is beautiful and spacious with lovely decorations. Room overlooks a river. Onsen facilities are decent, though the changing area lacks storage.
