Modern, luxurious accommodation with great amenities. Spacious apartment with comfortable heating/cooling. Excellent Wifi and Apple TV functionality. Amazing view in a secluded mountain resort. Friendly staff who speak good English. Convenient location near ski lifts and town. Included shuttle service for easy transportation. Well-equipped kitchen and clean suites.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right next to the ski lifts and green slopes. It was so convenient to be able to ski right from the hotel. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even provided a free shuttle service to wherever I wanted to go, making my trip incredibly easy. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The kitchen was well-equipped and exceeded my expectations. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, making me feel like I was in a secluded mountain paradise.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our recent skiing holiday in the Japanese Alps was amazing. We loved the fantastic location of our accommodation as we were able to ski straight out of the door and enjoy the slopes. the shuttle service was a great bonus as it took us wherever we wanted to go. the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find modern and well-equipped kitchens in the suites. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The concierge staff could be overenthusiastic and lack social skills. We felt followed at times and wished for more appropriate levels of communication.

I had an incredible stay at Mountain Side. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the spacious and comfortable room to the excellent service. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus, and the staff were always helpful. I especially appreciated the dry room for storing my ski equipment. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.
