I stayed at Musashino Bekkan for a few days during my visit to Japan. The private onsen and spacious room were definite highlights of my stay. The traditional ryokan ambiance and decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was exceptional and adventurous for my European taste buds. I also appreciated the helpful staff who made our unfamiliar routine feel comfortable. The pick-up service from the train station was a thoughtful touch and made our arrival seamless.

I had such an amazing stay at this impressive hotel. The staff treated me like royalty, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled on a steep hilltop with breathtaking mountain views. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a safe, and a television. The breakfast provided was delicious, fueling me up for a day of exploring. The free Wi-Fi was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends. They would definitely enjoy the luxurious and comfortable experience this hotel provides.

Pleasant staff, comfortable futons, spacious and clean room, delicious food, quiet atmosphere. Excellent hospitality. Must visit zen room with massage chairs. Amazing 13-course dinner and enormous breakfast. Deluxe room with great views and plenty of space. Relaxing public and private onsens available. Worth every penny, the highlight of our trip.

Rooms were spacious and offered a lovely view of the surroundings. the shuttle service was efficient and the driver was friendly. the baths were plentiful and provided a relaxing experience.

The facilities were outdated and lacked upkeep. the noise from the trains passing nearby was constant and disrupted our sleep.

We had an excellent experience at Musashino Bekkan, where we had a traditional Japanese ryokan stay. The Kaiseki meals were impressive, although a bit challenging for us. However, the staff was amazing and took great care of us throughout our stay. They were very friendly and made us feel welcome. we had a memorable experience that we will never forget.
