I had a fantastic stay at the Nagasaki Washington Hotel! The bed in my room was so comfortable and came with cozy pajamas, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved that all the toiletries were full-sized, so I didn't have to worry about running out. Plus, the room had everything I needed for a great price. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near an old tram system, making it easy to explore the city. It is also near Chinatown, where there are plenty of food options to choose from. the hotel is away from the central station, providing a quieter atmosphere.

The parking situation needs improvement and can be confusing for guests.

We had a wonderful romantic escape. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a room with stunning views of the city skyline. the discount coupons provided for local attractions were a nice touch.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor and furnishings were a bit outdated. the size of the room felt a bit cramped for a romantic escape and we would have appreciated more plugs for charging our devices.

The location of this hotel was fantastic for exploring the city. We were just a minute away from the bus stop for the airport shuttle and a short walk from the lovely old tram system, making it easy to get around town. With the help of a 1-day pass, we were able to effortlessly explore the most popular tourist attractions. The hotel was also conveniently located near the city center, with stores, restaurants, and major tourist spots all within close proximity. Additionally, the staff were friendly and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.
