The location is convenient, with easy access to the station and nearby convenience stores. The room is small but clean, and the bathroom is surprisingly luxurious with nice soap. The service is friendly and helpful, and they provide a handy map of the area. Breakfast is included and although there were some complaints, it's free. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and spa, and you can even borrow a bike to explore the city.

The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

This hotel in Nagoya exceeded my expectations. Not only was it great value for money, but it also offered exceptional service. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to overcome the occasional language barrier. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities required, and I appreciated the addition of computers for internet access. The location was also convenient, with the train station within walking distance.

Everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Nagoya B'S Hotel. The rooms were compact but extremely clean, just like most business hotels in Japan. The free buffet breakfast had a good selection and was a great way to start the day. The highlight was definitely the free use of the public bath on Level 2, a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. The location was convenient, with easy access to JR Nagoya station. The hotel also had a convenient 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and the added bonus of a free breakfast and onsen.

Great value and location. the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and has a convenience store next door. the free buffet breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of bakery items and beverages. Plus, the public bath on Level 2 was a welcome relief after a day of exploring.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier. the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.

We stayed at B'S Hotel during a strong typhoon in Japan and were pleasantly surprised by their availability. Despite all nearby hotels being fully booked, B'S Hotel had a room for us to stay in, allowing us to enjoy their facilities during the storm. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient walk to conference. Nice bike for exploring town. Enjoyable breakfast. Clean, cozy rooms. Amazing spa and massage machine. Everything provided - wifi, gym, spa, breakfast. Helpful staff, especially Aki-san. Sauna was nice.
