Loved feeling like a VIP at the Executive Business Salon, even though I'm not over 18. The airport shuttle gave me a thrill, and the coffee shop provided a caffeine fix. Great choice to relax and explore, especially Nagoya Castle, just 2 stations away.

The safety features were such a drag. Who needs a fire extinguisher, smoke detector or first aid kit?

Spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The shuttle bus to the airport is a great bonus. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The hotel was within walking distance to many attractions, and there was also an air bus service nearby. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing not to love.

The room was nice and the location was perfect. It was easy to take a bus to Nagoya Castle, as the bus station was just 400m away. There were also many parks and attractions nearby. the staff were excellent and anticipated our needs. They even provided a baby bed for our 2-year-old son. We enjoyed the quiet and comfortable rooms, as well as the unique atrium. the food at Montemarte restaurant was of a very high standard. the hotel is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and just a short distance from Nagoya Train Station. the staff, especially Mr Hideo Nakashima, were extremely courteous and helpful in planning our excursions. We also made use of the executive lounge, and we will definitely try to book an Executive Club room on our next trip. the location was convenient for shopping, and the entrance of the hotel was very pretty.

No 🙁 the facilities require extra fees and the bed was not comfortable for everyone.

this valentine's day, tokyu hotel in nagoya exceeded my expectations. their central location and efficient staff made for a memorable stay. the spacious and comfortable room, along with the friendly and helpful service, truly made it a standout experience. it's now my favorite hotel in nagoya!

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a quiet room, comfortable bedding, and daily water bottle delivery. The location was convenient, close to the subway and within walking distance of shopping malls and attractions. The staff were polite and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was superb and surprisingly functional, with a separate 'unit' bathroom that can get wet, which is quite unique. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping area, very close to Sakae Station and has easy access to transportation, including the airport bus. There are also plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and a metro station nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and even helping with special surprises for special occasions.

The hotel's air conditioner only provided hot air, which made it uncomfortable at night. The check-in time was later than the check-out time, and we were asked to pay an additional fee for an earlier check-in.

It was easy to explore Nagoya using the convenient subway system and even take a sightseeing bus. the hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with two double beds and a sofa bed. the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and there were options for Muslim guests. the staff were friendly and efficient, and I even received perks like free parking and a late check-out. I had a great experience at this Tokyu hotel.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with Nagoya Tower just a stone's throw away. You can easily explore the main shopping street within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of coffee shops around for a quick pick-me-up. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable design and wooden furniture. The breakfast options are delightful, ranging from delicate Japanese-style food to a satisfying Western buffet.

The language barrier can be a bit challenging, as some staff members may have difficulty speaking English.
