During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the exceptional service I received from the staff. One instance that stood out was when my universal converter wasn't working properly. The hotel provided me with their in-house converter and even went above and beyond by giving me one to take home. The meals at the hotel were delicious, with generous portions and a wide variety of options. The private hot springs in the rooms were a lovely touch, although I did encounter some ants in mine. However, the hotel had four public hot springs nearby that I could use instead. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Kinrin, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I had a fantastic experience at Kutsurogi-No-Yado Nanakawa and would recommend it to others.
