The public areas were overheated, which made me feel a bit stuffy at times. Finding the hotel on foot was a bit tricky, despite being described as a short walk from the train station on the website.

The reception staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. They recommended an incredible local Shabu Shabu restaurant and even helped me secure a reservation. It turned out to be one of the best dinners I had in Japan. I highly recommend this hotel for its captivating Japanese architecture, elegant rooms, and delightful atmosphere.

From the moment we entered, we were greeted by kind and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities like a private garden area which was great for relaxing. the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring the location advantages of the hotel. the restaurant had delicious food and we were impressed by the Full body massage services provided in the private facilities.
