Stepping into the reception building felt like entering a portal to a magical world, with a nostalgic view that transported me to the historical geisha districts of Kyoto. the staff's attention to detail and hospitality made me feel like a cherished guest in a fairytale.

Station proximity could be better.

The hotel had a welcoming and friendly staff that was very helpful with recommendations on places to visit and eat nearby. the Japanese breakfasts provided were delicious and gave a taste of the local cuisine. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to a shopping district and a train station, making transportation easy.

The location was a bit far from the main central areas of the city, which made it challenging to sightsee quickly or if you don't have enough time. there were not many activities nearby besides shopping, which may make it difficult to fill your schedule during the day.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tatami-style living room upstairs added a touch of traditional Japanese culture. The on-site restaurant was stunning, and though the food was expensive, it was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our request to have the meat grilled instead of raw. Additionally, having a Family Mart right next door was convenient for snacks and coffee. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially for couples seeking a special experience.

While the breakfast was just okay and the price of the hotel was a bit high, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience. I also wished that the lounge's snacks and drinks were available past 9:30pm.
