The staff are friendly and helpful, providing umbrellas for loan on rainy days. The rooms are comfortable with standard toiletries provided. There is also a mirror near a plug, which is a plus point for female guests.

Some rooms may have limited space, making it difficult to accommodate large suitcases.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near Hakata Station, Gourmet Food Street, and Sun Plaza. The hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise compared to other Japanese hotels. The proximity to tourist attractions like Tochoji Temple, Kushida Shrine, and Canal City made it easy to explore the city.

My xmas stay at the hotel was great! I loved the warm and cozy ambiance, and the decorations looked amazing. the location was perfect, it was right beside the train station which made it easy to travel around the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they offered us complimentary tea and coffee every day. the free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast.

That the room was a bit small, and it was tricky to maneuver around. There wasn't enough storage space for our luggage, and we had to keep them on the floor.

The hotel lobby and room had a cool and stylish vibe, and despite the small size, the room was well-equipped, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. a great stay in a convenient and comfortable hotel.
