I recently stayed at Nest Hotel Umeda in Osaka for a business trip. My stay was for 4 nights and I found the hotel to be conveniently located near Umeda Loft and within walking distance of JR Umeda station. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities such as a security box and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom, though compact, had a great bathtub. I also appreciated the convenience of the laundry and ice machines on the second floor. Finally, having convenience stores nearby was very convenient for quick snacks and necessities.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to love.

the location was perfect, only a short walk to the subway line which made it easy to explore the rest of Osaka. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even held our bags for us while we waited for check-in. exceeded my expectations for a quiet weekend in Osaka.

Directions were confusing, took some time to find.

My stay at Nest Hotel Osaka Umeda was great! The location is perfect, close to train stations, good restaurants and stores. The amenities provided were amazing - free razors, hair brushes and more. The personal item I left behind was found and promptly returned to me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, all was good.

Being near the train station, everything is within a few minutes of walking distance. There are convenience stores just downstairs and two subway stations within walking distance. The rooms are very tidy and the bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly and lobby area is a nice place to wait for your check-in time. The hotel provides bread in the room and has good shower pressure.

The view from the room might be disappointing due to the location of the hotel.

Conveniently located near public transportation, this stylish and clean accommodation provides comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Laundry facilities and vending machines are available on the second floor, while free toiletries and pajamas add to the overall value. We stayed at a hotel in the city center and were pleased with the complementary breakfast that included a variety of small muffins and coffee, which we enjoyed. the location was great, offering many nearby restaurants and convenient stores. the hotel had comfortable and well-designed rooms that were perfect for our needs.

The hotel needs to improve in some areas. We arrived early, and although half of the guests were attempting to check-in, the staff wasn't able to handle the rush.

Absolutely nothing.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the convenient location close to the Osaka metro/JR trains. The comfortable rooms with standard amenities made our stay enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and the luggage storage was very convenient. The medium-sized, well-organised rooms with separate toilet and bath were perfect for our needs.

The staff at Nest Umeda made us feel incredibly welcomed, and they were always ready to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
