Staff quickly offered a hot drink during my first stay, creating a warm welcome. the hotel is perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, a lovely restaurant, and laundry services. Every convenience like flat-screen TV and electric kettle is here. Coming back for another trip soon.

The service here was great! the staff was so helpful - one lady even went out in the rain to hail a cab for us. They recommended we try the breakfast at the connected New Hankyu Hotel and it was amazing. Laundry service was efficient, and the location couldn't have been better. Having a Family Mart right across the street was super convenient. Being close to various stations made it easy to explore nearby cities like Kobe and Kyoto. the proximity to shopping areas and restaurants was a big plus.

The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. It felt a bit outdated and could have been more aesthetically pleasing.
