Impressed by the hotel's quality, feels more like a 5-star than a 4-star. Easy access to popular attractions and dining options.

We had a truly luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities were above and beyond what we expected, and the room advantages were truly impressive. the spacious and comfortable room was well, appointed with high, end furnishings and beautiful views of the city. the attentive service provided by the staff was exceptional.

We did encounter a minor issue with the in, room breakfast. the selection was limited, and the quality of the food was not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

The amenities provided in the room were great and the staff was friendly. the hotel is situated near to public transport which made it easy to get around. the location was quiet which allowed for a good night's sleep.

The hotel lacked character and felt corporate-like. the room could have used a bit of an update as it seemed a bit outdated.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is conveniently situated between Hakata station and the Tenjin shopping area, making it easy to explore both. The hotel is also near public transportation, making it easy to get around the city and visit other areas. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. In addition, the rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable with fresh sheets.
