The capsules were incredibly cosy and clean, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement. One of the things I really appreciated was the abundance of toilets and showers, ensuring that there was never a wait. For women, there was even a powder room with hairdryers and multiple sinks, which was incredibly helpful. I loved that they also provided Japanese pyjamas to borrow. the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. the location was very central, making it easy to access all areas of the city with a short walk to the nearest subway station. it was a great stay and I would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were both friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. The location was very convenient, as it was very close to the main tourist attractions and right next to the subway station. We were surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops, which made it easy for us to find something to eat. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location close to the subway stations were the best aspects of our stay.

The location was perfect, close to Tokyo train station and a metro station. We loved exploring the old part of Tokyo nearby, with its shopping malls, cafes, and local restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even though they mainly spoke Japanese. They even used a translation tool to assist us, which was excellent service. The hotel was clean and tidy, with a minimalist Japanese design. We felt safe leaving our luggage at the front desk, and the daily provision of a new mesh bag with towels, sleepwear, and amenities was a nice touch. The facilities exceeded our expectations, with comfortable sleeping arrangements, fully stocked bathrooms, and extra touches like ear plugs. we were really happy with our stay.

The cabins were comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for taller Europeans. We also appreciated the multiple control options for lights, fan, and alarm clock. My recent stay at Nihonbashi Muromachi Bay Hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was remarkable, and the no-shoes policy ensured a pristine environment. The room and capsule were beautifully designed and comfortable. I appreciated the small pantry outside the room, which provided a convenient space to enjoy snacks and charge my phone. The inclusive breakfast was a great bonus. The toilet amenities, including the bidet, shower amenities, and provided personal items, made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location, just 200 meters away from the train station, in a posh area, was perfect.
