I had a fantastic experience at this place. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with the city center and train station within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel of the hotel and the excellent rate I got.

I would highly recommend this venue to everyone. Run, don't walk, to book your stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-appointed rooms at the Grand Hotel. The Japanese man at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us, making check-in a seamless and enjoyable experience. Despite the hotel's older exterior, the rooms were modern and comfortable, complete with full ensuite bathrooms and entertainment options like YouTube and Hulu. The location was convenient, just a short walk over a bridge to the city center. we had a great stay and would recommend the Grand Hotel.

I recently visited an amazing hotel situated right by a river, only a short 10-minute walk from the city center. What I loved about this place was how spacious and comfortable the rooms were; they were well equipped and had everything I needed. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One thing that stuck out to me was the peaceful surroundings; it was so calm and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The lack of nearby food options, which made it a bit of a challenge to find a variety of dining choices. while the cleanliness was good in general, there were a few small details such as inside the toilet that could have been improved upon.

The hotel is well situated on the banks of the river, within a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Luxurious rooms. Excellent rate. Top-notch Japanese staff. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near Niigata station and Furumachi. Clam and quiet surroundings.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
