The location was excellent, very close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation to the heritage sites and lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing genuine advice and making me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the traditional Japanese table with a heating blanket downstairs was a great place to meet other travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy and welcoming guesthouse just steps away from Tobu Nikko station. The staff were friendly and provided us with useful information about exploring Nikko Park. The beds were comfortable and private, thanks to the curtains provided. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a supermarket nearby for any necessary supplies. We also enjoyed a fun Hanami party during our visit. we had a lovely, warm, and comforting experience at Guesthouse Sumica.
