Confusing elevators between check-in and guest rooms.

The hotel staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to make a local call using their phone when mine wasn't working. the views from the lounge area were absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful backdrop to enjoy a meal or relax. the spacious lockers provided ample storage space, allowing me to comfortably keep my large suitcase inside.

The check-in and check-out process was a bit cumbersome, requiring guests to go through the procedure every single day and pay separately. This was quite inconvenient and time-consuming.

wow, nine hours shinjuku-north totally blew me away! after a previous stay in tokyo, i didn't expect much, but this place was fantastic. the location was amazing, with lots of great places to eat and a bustling nightlife. the facilities were top-notch, staff was super helpful, and the beds were so comfy. definitely exceeded my expectations!
