Great location, only 100m walk to the main gondola. Central to bars and restaurants. Ski shop attached to the unit block. Wonderful to watch the snow falling outside. Drying room for ski gear. Two good bathrooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Niseko for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally located just a short 5-minute walk from the Hirafu gondola and the main road with all the restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and had a stunning view of Mt Yotei. What really stood out to me was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were prompt in their correspondences and even picked us up from the Hirafu Welcome Centre, which was incredibly convenient for our family. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, spacious accommodations, and attentive staff.

I gotta say, Niseko really delivered on the value for my money. The room at this hotel was amazing, even better than my own apartment! Plus, the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the main gondola and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, from picking us up at the welcome center to managing the shipping of our ski gear. Top-notch hospitality!

The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the amenities such as dishwasher detergent and segregated trash bins were a bonus. We would definitely come back.

I loved how close this hotel was to the Hirafu gondola. It made getting to the ski slopes so convenient. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, especially the fully equipped kitchenette that had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with making reservations and even arranging transportation. Additionally, the hotel's location was within walking distance of several ski rental shops, which made it easy for me to rent the necessary equipment.

The location of the apartment was great with fantastic views. It was spacious for our group and had good facilities. Short walk to slopes and village for dinner, and easy access to other slopes via bus. Suitable for families.

Great location, clean and modern rooms, fast internet. the staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. the apartment was spacious and provided ample personal space. the kitchen facilities were great for cooking. the view of Mt Yotei early in the morning was amazing.

The ski lockers could be updated, with better boot dryers/warmers. There were limited options for grocery shopping nearby.
