The hotel is situated in a wonderful location right in the heart of Osaka's vibrant Shinsaibashi area, surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes. It's a perfect base for exploring the city and immersing oneself in its energetic atmosphere. The convenience of having two subway stations just seconds away makes getting around a breeze.

The location was perfect, close to Shinsaibashi station and lots of food options nearby. The room service was efficient and the staff at reception were outstanding. The hotel room had everything I needed and was clean and nicely decorated.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Osaka that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, being very close to Yotsubashi subway station and just across the road from the famous Shinsaibashi shopping strip. The room was clean and well-designed, with a small alcove and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was spotless and had Shiseido amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious. the hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I did find one negative aspect worth mentioning - the beds were a bit too firm for my liking.

The hotel had great amenities such as a concierge service to store our bags early and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful with questions about the area and local attractions. It was nice to have complimentary toiletries and towels provided in the room.

The check-out time was a bit early, which made it difficult for us to enjoy a leisurely morning on Easter. while the room was clean and comfortable, it was quite small.
