Loved the variety of shampoo and conditioner provided, sumptuous buffet dinner and breakfast, clean rooms, and wifi available. Centrally located, ten-minute walk to Jigokudani, ample parking area.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite the hotel being very busy, they upgraded us to a suite on the top floor, which was simply amazing. the onsen facilities were excellent, not too crowded, and the staff even recommended specific time slots to visit. the restaurant service was smooth, with a great buffet selection that was constantly restocked. the location of the hotel was superb, right across the bus terminal and close to attractions like the hell valley. the room was spacious and comfortable, with separate toilet and bathroom areas. a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Manseikaku.

They even stored my luggage when I arrived early and couldn't check in yet. the hotel itself is huge, despite its small entrance, and the location is perfect. It's just a short walk to Hell Valley and right across from the bus depot. the highlight of my stay was definitely the onsen experience. the outdoor onsen was simply amazing, especially when it started snowing while I was soaking in the hot water. the variety of shampoos and conditioners provided in the onsen bath was a nice touch. Another highlight was the delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, with plenty of local Japanese options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, and the tatami and pillow provided the best sleep I've ever had.

I recently stayed at Manseikaku in Noboribetsu for a few nights. The Japanese room was spacious and clean, with comfortable tatami beds. The hotel is well-maintained and has a hot spring inside, making it convenient to relax and unwind. The location is great, with Jigokudani within walking distance and the Donan Bus terminal just a short walk away. The hotel also offers little extras, like a convenient pickup service from Sapporo. The food was delicious and varied, with a large buffet spread. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing our friend to join us for dinner and the bath. it was a great experience and a taste of Japan's unique culture.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, with a direct shuttle bus service from nearby Sapporo. It was also within a comfortable walking distance to Hell Valley and the natural footbath, with convenience stores, souvenir shops, and eateries along the way. The tatami room was clean and comfortable, and the public bath, including the outdoor bath, was enjoyable. We especially liked going early in the morning to avoid the crowds. The buffet spread was decent, and we appreciated the staggered dining times to prevent overcrowding. the hotel had great cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, location, breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just across the street from the bus terminal. the location was excellent, especially for me as I had a damaged wrist and didn't want to travel far. the facilities were great, with karaoke, massages, onsen, shopping, and an arcade. We were even upgraded to the Royal Floor, which was quiet and peaceful with access to a coffee lounge. the staff at the reception and banquet hall were always courteous and helpful. We also appreciated the gesture of the free photo selection. a value for money stay.
