I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel pampered throughout my visit. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and beautiful Deer Park. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The free minibar was a delightful surprise, and the in-room amenities, such as the air conditioning and sitting area, added to the enhanced comfort. The hotel also offered great services like free toiletries, Wi-Fi, and a restaurant with delicious meals.

I can confidently recommend this hotel to my family.

The hotel was perfectly situated near the main attraction sites and markets. We enjoyed feeding biscuits to the deer and the fresh and delicious food. The hotel offered a team of staff that was always friendly, courteous and helpful.

The continental breakfast was very limited, with no fruits included, and pricey for the variety that was offered. Also, there was not much natural light in the room and the temperature control was not adjustable, making it a little uncomfortable during the night. Despite this, we had a great Christmas experience in this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a large bed, soft pillows, and a massive bathroom. The service is impeccable, with staff members speaking excellent English and attending to guests' needs. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers top-notch French cuisine. The hotel also provides special touches like welcome items, food for the deer, and mineral water for guests on their outings.

The fitness room is small and may not be suitable for those looking for a full exercise session.
